[ibr-064]-The Item standard identifier (ibt-157) MUST have a Scheme identifier.
What this means
If an item is given a standard identifier (such as a barcode or GTIN), that identifier must also state which coding scheme it belongs to - a bare number with no scheme is not enough.

Whether the invoice's own core facts — its number, issue date, currency, UUID, and Oman-specific transaction-type marker — are present, correctly formatted, and internally consistent.
