[ibr-106]-The Payee legal identifier (ibt-061) MUST occur maximum once in the Invoice, if the Payee (ibg-10) is different from the Seller (ibg-04).
What this means
The payee's legal registration identifier appears more than once, when the payee is different from the seller; it may only appear once.
