[CL-03-OM-2] - Invoice transaction type (BTOM-001) must indicate either a Full Tax Invoice (bit 1) or a Simplified Invoice (bit 2).
What this means
The invoice transaction type must mark it as either a full tax invoice or a simplified invoice - not both, and not neither.
