[IBR-035-OM] - Invoice line allowance/charge base amount (IBT-137, IBT-142) must be provided when Invoice line allowance/charge percentage (IBT-138, IBT-143) is provided.
What this means
If a discount or charge on an invoice line has a percentage, it must also have a base amount.
