[IBR-056-OM] - The scheme identifier (IBT-158-1) MUST be 'HS' or 'MP' when Item classification identifier (IBT-158) is provided. Use 'HS' for goods (Oman HS code list) and 'MP' for services (Service Type code list, CL-12-OM).
What this means
When an item classification code is given, its scheme must be marked 'HS' (for goods) or 'MP' (for services) - an ISIC code belongs in a separate field, not here.
