Official rule text
[IBR-072-OM] - Invoice line period start date (IBT-134) and Invoice line period end date (IBT-135) must be provided when Invoice transaction type (BTOM-001) is a Full Tax Invoice AND Summary invoice (1XXX1XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX - both bit 1 and bit 5 set).
What this means
For an invoice that is marked as both a full tax invoice and a summary invoice, each invoice line must show the start and end dates of its billing period.
