[IBR-073-OM, IBR-074-OM] - Either both or neither Allowance base amount (IBT-137) and percentage (IBT-138), and either both or neither Charge base amount (IBT-142) and percentage (IBT-143) MUST be provided.
What this means
A discount or charge on an invoice line gives only one of its base amount and percentage - both must be given together, or neither.
