Official rule text
[IBR-078-OM] - Goods or Services identification (BTOM-019) must be provided for each item name (IBT-153) except when Invoice transaction type (BTOM-001) is 'Simplified Tax Invoice' (01000000000000000000).
What this means
An invoice line is missing whether the item is a good or a service; this is required unless the invoice is a simplified tax invoice.
