[IBR-153-OM] - Buyer identifier (IBT-046) is mandatory with Scheme identifier (IBT-046-1) 'ICID' (Importer Customs ID) if Invoice transaction type (BTOM-001) is Import of Goods (00000000000010000000).
What this means
For an import-of-goods invoice, the buyer must include an identifier using the Importer Customs ID scheme.
