[IBR-173-OM] - If Buyer electronic address (IBT-049) is '997770000099', Seller UUID (BTOM-004) MUST be present and MUST be a valid UUID version 5.
What this means
When the buyer's electronic address is 997770000099, the invoice must include the Seller UUID, and it must be a valid version 5 UUID.
