[ibr-001]-An Invoice MUST have a Specification identifier (ibt-024).
What this means
The invoice is missing its 'Specification identifier' - the field that says which exact invoicing standard it was built against. This is normally filled in automatically by invoicing software.

Share this rule id with whoever manages your invoicing software or IT — or ask TechMate to fix it for you (see below).
Check whether your invoice hits this rule — freeDocument format & structure
Whether the file itself is a valid UBL invoice or credit note in the right namespace and version — the checks that run before anything about the invoice's content is even looked at.
