[ibr-054]-Each Item attribute (ibg-32) MUST contain an Item attribute name (ibt-160) and an Item attribute value (ibt-161).
What this means
If a product/service line declares an extra item attribute (such as 'Colour' or 'Size'), both its name and its value must be given - one without the other is incomplete.

Whether the invoice's own core facts — its number, issue date, currency, UUID, and Oman-specific transaction-type marker — are present, correctly formatted, and internally consistent.
