[ibr-079]-Document MUST not contain empty elements.
What this means
The invoice XML contains at least one empty element (a tag with no value and no attributes) - remove it or fill it in; an empty field can silently mean either 'zero' or 'missing', and the standard does not allow that ambiguity.

Whether the invoice's own core facts — its number, issue date, currency, UUID, and Oman-specific transaction-type marker — are present, correctly formatted, and internally consistent.
